The hotel of choice for most of this trip was the Hotel Lyric in the 2nd arrondissement. Well located with a great service and nice rooms we had the second time on this trip a great view from an upper level floor. We can definitely recommend this place.
Pretty much since this place opened it´s doors in 2013 it became our most favorite restaurant in Paris. At crossing of Rue Richer and the Rue du Faubourg Poissonniere in 9th district of Paris it is a place to find amazing food. Small portions with the guarantee of satisfaction. There is no reservation and opening hours are 7/7 12:00-14:30 & 19:30-22:30 for the kitchen, but they serve drinks and some bits&bobs until 01:00
The stay was short and nice…can´t get enough of these views of upper floor rooms.
One of our favorite restaurants in Paris…a classic that remain always a WOW. No reservation, just one main course…entrecote avec des frites…you can choose if you want a salad upfront and a desert…but that´s it! The sauce is magic! We came in late (23:10) were the last to get a proper dinner
First time we heard this sound was at DRIES VAN NOTEN´s SS15 Paris Fashionweek fashion show at the Grand Palais. Ever since it is a great companion. Thank you Dries for this sound and inspiration .
