The New Black

Pringle of Scotland celebrates the 200 Years Anniversary and I was following them during the the London Fashion Week FW 15. The day started with the preparation for the FULLY FASHIONED EXHIBITION Preview at the Serpentine Gallery, Kensington Gardens curated by Alistair O’Neill.

A series of brand projects are set to reinforce the Pringle of Scotland heritage throughout the bicentennial celebrations.

Albert Watson – the latest venture in a series of artist collaborations. the anniversary brand campaign will feature great scots Stella Tennant, David Shrigley, Edinburgh Fashion Festival founder Anna Freemantle and artist Robert Montgomery. Together with actor Luke Treadaway these talents are captured by legendary scottish photographer Albert Watson.

knitwear | movement – a collaboration with the world-famous Michael Clark dance company – a series of brand films commissioned for the fully fashioned EXHIBITION.

In the Serpentine Sackler gallery Pringle invited for the FALL WINTER 2015 WOMENSWEAR RUNWAY SHOW created by the Designer Massimo Nicosia.

I was visiting the East London based jewellery designer Rachel Entwistle at her studio on Club Row.

I was following Stefan Siegel, the CEO of the online platform NOT JUST A LABEL, giving at the moment about 17.000 international young designers the chance to present themselves and their work, for half a day. Shooting a little portrait of him while being at work.

The light neon writing behind his desk on the wall says “be everything else”, which is motto and the same time his handwriting.

I was following the London´s noted tailor Timothy Everest for a day in East London. It was a pleasure capturing him at his studio and to see a man and his team working on bespoken clothing, that is beside being beautiful as well traditional and durable.
